CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling Services & fees must be paid in full upon the approval of your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled 48hrs in advance will be eligible to reschedule or receive a refund of 75% of total service(s) *all fees are excluded. * Appointments cancelled 24hrs in advance are not eligible to reschedule or receive a refund. But are eligible to book again without a re-booking fee. No Call/No Shows: Will have to pay re-booking fee prior to booking another appointment.
